2 Corinthians 10:4-5
There are categories of spiritual beings called Strongholds. As the name implies, this category of spirits holds people bound and keeps them in perpetual bondage. They keep people in repeated circles of defeat and many are unable to breakout. This is because they operate by legality.
This means the stronghold has found an unrepented sin in your life for which it has applied for legal documents or the spiritual right to keep you in bondage. When this is the case, its hold over you is not by oppression, but by law!.
When a stronghold holds you by oppression or deception, you can resist or bind it. But when its hold is by law, it has gone to a heavenly court and obtains documents against you, and you, therefore, cannot just bind it until you can bind God, who is the power behind that law.
This is why you ought not to remain in your sin. If you sin, confess your sins and God is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. So do not delay. Do not allow strongholds to take advantage of you. Repent now!
Prophecy 1: May every stronghold in your life be broken in the name of Jesus!
Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may you be led by the Spirit of God today in Jesus’ name.
