“But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not.”
Philippians 1:22
To bear fruits in God’s house is to labour in the house of God. Thus, our labour impacts the Kingdom of God. But what does it mean to labour?
Labour is far beyond casual work. It entails working very hard and sacrificially, or making great effort to get something done. It also means to do something with great physical effort. Therefore, to labour in God’s Kingdom, is to put great physical effort towards the house of God and the actualization of its vision.
As a member of the body of Christ, do not go to the house of God and do nothing. Find a place to serve and use your ability and gift, to labour in the house of God. Also, employ your skills and knowledge in the service of God today.
When you labour in God’s house, you are bearing fruits and impacting the Kingdom of God.
