DISOBEDIENCE POLLUTES SACRIFICE
1 Samuel 15:22
“And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
“
When you choose to follow your own path and live in disobedience, your offerings and sacrifices to God become meaningless.
You may mistakenly believe that God desires your sacrifices, but you neglect to obey His commandments.
However, our opening text today says that obedience surpasses any type of sacrifice.
God’s attention is drawn to those who revere His word, and His delight is in your obedience, not just your offerings. He desires your surrender and compliance with His will, not just your religious gestures. (Psalm 119:120)
Therefore, strive to obey God in all aspects of your life. As you do, you will bring Him pleasure, and His blessings will abundantly rest upon you.
🎴DAILY PRAYER GUIDE
▪ Dear Lord, help me to prioritize obedience in my life. Cause my sacrifices to be an extension of my obedience, not a replacement for it. I want to please You, Lord, and experience Your blessings in my life. Amen.

Christianity has had a big impact on Zimbabwe’s culture, values, and education. Missionaries built schools and hospitals, helping the country grow.
However, Zimbabwean Christians face many challenges such as economic hardship, political turmoil and social injustices
◾Prayer for the Nation
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you liberate the people in Zimbabwe from the bandage of hardship in the name of Jesus .
◾Prayer for the Leaders
Father in the name of Jesus, breathe your spirit of discipline into the life of the leaders, that they may make decisions that honor you and favour the people in the name of Jesus.
◾Prayer for Israel
Father, in the name of Jesus, let your peace reign over Israel in the name of Jesus.
◾Prayer for the Unity of the Church
Dear father, unite us in the bonds of understanding that we may be shinning examples of your grace to the world,in Jesus name.
◾Prayer for Souls/Revival
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that you will deliver all lost souls from the forces of darkness and bring them into your unending Light name of Jesus.
