FEAR BEFORE HIM

Read in your own language

Exodus 20:18-20

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

How can one see His terribleness and not be in terror of Him? The measure of the power of God required to bring revival on the earth will only be attained when the Church begins to live in the fear of God and thus be endued to make known the terror of the LORD. Without the power of God on display on earth, how would we bring the world to repentance before Him?

It takes a deep level of understanding of God that only His fear can give to be able to wield the height of power that is required for worldwide revival and it begins with one Christian at a time.

As we learn about the Love of God, His forgiveness, His gifts, His spirit and all the goodness that is associated with His person, we also need to learn and inculcate His fear in our hearts. A believer or a church that does not understand the fear of God cannot bear His power.

Prophecy 1: Receive a heart that fears God that you may see His power in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may the light on you to guide your path in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Action Points

W: Take deliberate steps to learn and inculcate the fear of God in your heart.

X: I decree and I declare that I am born of God and I overcome the world!

Sierra Leone

Over half of its population are Muslims. During the 20th Century, Islam grew from 10% to over 60% of the population. The conflict in the nation in the past has left many traumatized; rape victims, victims from mutilation and maiming, and former child soldiers.

Y: We are praying for more missionaries in the nation that will spread the Gospel faster.

Start-Up Prayer

Dear Father, let your fear be in my heart in Jesus’ name, Amen.
