Scriptural Text:
Exodus 31:3 (NKJV).
“ And I have given him the spirit of God and made him wise and full of knowledge and expert in every sort of handwork… ”
Mastery according to the Oxford Dictionary means comprehensive knowledge or skill in a particular subject or activity. It is becoming proficient or an expert in what you do.
Just like we see in our opening text, the Spirit of God can make you wise, and full of knowledge and skillfulness in your craft or business. Thus, it is worth desiring.
However, becoming a master in your field also requires diligence – an undying commitment to becoming better, more advanced, and sufficiently equipped to solve unique problems in your field.
Mastery in your field will position you to proffer solutions to challenges that many shy away from. This will give you unmatched confidence, and a reputation that will open doors for you in high places, which is an important gateway to favour and wealth.
Therefore, do not settle for mediocrity in your field. Identify your unique skills and areas of advantage, and then work towards expertise in those areas. Never settle for mediocrity and complacency. Desire mastery in your field and do not stop until you achieve it.

🙏 DAILY PRAYER GUIDE
Oh Lord, give me the grace to diligently pursue and attain mastery in my field, in the name of Jesus.
🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION – MOZAMBIQUE
Mozambique is about 46% Christian, 32% Ethnoreligious, and 18% Muslim. Years of suffering has led many Mozambicans to seek spiritual answers, and many churches have been planted! Yet there remains a great need for training and discipleship, particularly among the pastors and leaders of these newly planted churches.
1. Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you strengthen the missionaries in the nation to withstand persecutions and difficulties, as they being used mightily by your Spirit to touch lives in the nation.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will give the leaders of Mozambique, wisdom to make laws that will protect the freedom of the people so that they can live peaceful, quiet lives in godliness and dignity.
🕍PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen
💒 PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Oh Lord, we pray that the message of the redemption in Christ will be the focus of the Church, as we strive towards the unity of faith, in the name of Jesus.
☄️ PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for the keys of this city, that we may be able to reach every home and every person in this city and its environs with the Gospel, in the name of Jesus.
