 GATHER MOMENTUM

Hebrews 4:12
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful…”

Something unique about this year is that God is giving you supernatural speed to accomplish more than you thought possible. It is the year of surpassing glory, which means that you will race through several levels until you reach a new peak that makes all your previous achievements fade in comparison.

However, it is important that you understand how you ought to position yourself to experience that which God desires for you throughout the year. Just as our opening scripture shows us, such speed comes from the Word of God. Every time you give attention to the Word of God to operate by it, the Holy Ghost Who is the Spirit of the Word quickens you and causes you to achieve more than you would have done by yourself.

God’s Word is quick and faster than time. This is why you must fight to ensure that you are never isolated from hearing and meditating on the Word of God. Like never before, desire the revelation of God’s Word and surround yourself with people who speak the language of the Word. This is how you will gain the speed that God has promised. Glory to God!

PRAYER FOR A NATION – SOUTH SUDAN
South Sudan is the world’s newest country. The nation was born in a great spirit of unity, happiness, and hope. Thank God for freedom from the long, painful domination by the north Sudan which is now mainly Arab and Muslim, while South Sudan is mainly Black and Christian.

Prayer for the nation:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that Christ will be the aim and focus of the churches in this nation, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the influence of your Spirit upon the leaders and officials of government, that they will know how to lead the nation in godliness and fear of the Lord.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we come against every form of attack of Satan against the church, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for angelic support in all our outreaches, leading to the salvation of many, in Jesus name.
