“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.”
Habakkuk 2:1 KJV
Prayer ought to be a dialogue with God, where we talk to Him and He talks back to us, not a one-way communication! Many believers are used to going into the place of prayer, just to bombard the Lord with all their requests and hear nothing from God. This ought not to be so. When you speak to God, God often speaks an answer to you. The issue is, can you hear Him?
In order to hear from God, you ought to position yourself to hear Him. Our scriptural text shows us how to do this. First, stand on your watch, in other words, be alert and position your heart in stillness to hear what God will say. After every prayer session, spend some quiet time listening for His voice and you will hear Him.
The Lord is always speaking. How much of His words are you hearing? Begin today to position your heart in quietness to hear the voice of God.
Prophecy 1: Receive grace to be still in His Presence, that you may hear His voice clearly when He speaks to you in Jesus’ name.
Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may you find favour before men in Jesus’ name.
W: Spend quality time waiting on God and not hurry out of His Presence, so you can know His instructions per time.
X: I decree and I declare that my heart is positioned to hear God.

Not long ago, almost every person in Switzerland would have been a Christian. Today, around one in seven considers himself non-religious. Muslims account for as much as 6%, with many other religions appearing and growing rapidly. Most Swiss Christians are ill equipped to handle these changes.
Y: We are praying for an outpour of God’s Spirit upon the people, that their eyes will be opened to the truth of the Gospel.
