PRESS ON TO YOUR NEXT LEVEL

“Philippians 3:14 – “I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.””

In our walk with God, it is important to press on reaching our next level. The Apostle Paul, in our opening text today, speaks of how he presses towards the mark, implying a deliberate and persistent effort to take the next step at all cost in order to fulfill purpose.

It is an error to think that the blessings and destiny that God has prepared for you will just fall into your laps without little or no effort. There is the work required of every believer in diligence, in determination, in faithfulness, etc to reach important milestones in our walk with God. It is therefore crucial that you develop a spirit of determination, never allowing anything or anyone to make you lose steam for the things of God.

Therefore, insist on spending time in God’s presence. Insist on obeying the Word of God at any cost. Do not allow situation to make you cower or slow down in your walk with God. Press to enter into your next level by aligning your goals with God’s will, trusting His timing, and relying on His strength. As you do so, you position yourself for the extraordinary plans He has for your life.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – ST. LUCIA
Evangelically-oriented churches have multiplied. However, there is the need for true unity amid the increasing diversity so that churches can offer a united front for the Gospel’s sake.

Prayer for the Nation:
Father in the name of Jesus, pour out your Spirit upon the nation St. Lucia, and cause there to be a fresh hunger for you in the hearts of the people, so that righteousness may prevail, in Jesus name.

Prayer for the Leaders:
Father in the name of Jesus, grant unto the leaders of the nation the wisdom to rely on you in all that they do, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer for Israel – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today, that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen. (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the spirit of grace and supplication will rest upon the church today, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we bind the spirit of the air that operates through satellite and television to promote sin and wickedness.
