PRIORITIZE YOUR DEVOTION
Matthew 6:6
“But when you pray, go into your room, close the door, and pray to your unseen Father. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
Devotion is the practice of setting aside specific and planned time to be with God. It involves dedicating a particular time and period to fellowshipping with Him in your quiet time, just as our opening text implies. By setting aside specific and regular times for God, we establish a strong foundation for our devotion.
Just as a building needs a strong foundation to stand firm, our time of devotion with God also requires a solid foundation. It begins with setting the purpose for your devotion. Why do you want a consistent life of devotion? Devotions are not easy, not with the daily stress of work. But it is the purpose that will drive you and wake you even when the alarm clock cannot get you up.
Remember that devotion is a covenant level of fellowship, thus, it is fixed, and nothing should take that time away because it belongs to God. It has been given to God and God must get that time, whether your body likes it or not.
So set the standard and stand by it, then your body would get used to it. Train your body and use the Word of God and the Name of Jesus to discipline yourself, and stand on that. Nothing done in that Name would fail.

Startup Prayer: Dear Father in the name of Jesus, help me to build a strong foundation for my devotion to You, in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR A NATION -SLOVAKIA.
There is an essential need for appropriate training for both leaders and believers in Slovakia as trained Christians are lacking in the nation.. Though Bible Schools are available in the country, the wisdom regarding accreditation is however needed.
Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for wisdom upon the church to effectively use the tool of love to win many to Christ, in Jesus name.
Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that You will give the leaders wisdom that they may be able to choose the right path when they make decisions on behalf of their nation.Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that You will give the leaders wisdom that they may be able to choose the right path when they make decisions on behalf of their nation.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, we repent on behalf of the church for displeasing you and walking in our own ways: we choose now to pursue godliness, righteousness, faith, love and oneness, in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that the spirit of revival will rest mightily upon this city, and that the unsaved will begin to hunger and long for your salvation in their lives, in Jesus name.
