THE NEED FOR REPENTANCE.

Read in your own language

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

1 John 1:9

The lack of repentance has robbed today’s Church of the power of Jehovah we know worked with men and women in times past. They functioned with great signs and wonders, which we are yet to experience in our days. They functioned in this level of The Glory because they understood the need for repentance.

They knew how to purify themselves through repentance. This was why a lot of their doctrine was based on repentance from sin. God is holy and He cannot behold or abide in sin. (Habakkuk 1:13).  And he has not changed. (Malachi 3:6)

Christ died for us and made His blood available for our cleansing. It is then left for us to use the blood for cleansing if we sin. The blood of Jesus though available does not take care of your sin if you do not use it.

Sadly, this doctrine is almost non-existent in today’s Church.  If we will see the glory of God in our day, we must employ the tool of repentance which sanctifies us to God. This is the only way we can host the glory of God.

Prophecy 1: May your eyes be opened to understand the importance of repentance in Jesus’ name.

Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may you move from glory to glory in Jesus’ name.

Action Points

W: Consider your sins and repent before the Lord, using the blood of Jesus.

X: I decree and I declare that I have the life of God in me and sin has no power over me.

SUDAN

Sudanese are mainly Muslims. The nation is yet to recover from physical damage from bombing, fire, and poverty caused by wars. There is a strong need for the training of church leaders in the nation.

Y: We are praying for effective teaching Ministries to enter the land and take advantage of the situation in the land, to draw many to Christ.

Startup Prayer: Dear Father, enlighten the eyes of Your Church that we may understand repentance, and thus experience Your glory.
