THINK SOLUTIONS

“Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me

One of the greatest tools you have been endowed with by God is your mind. It contains ideas that can alter the course of your destiny. Also, in your mind is the ability to shift the world into new frontiers. This is done through thinking.

The art of thinking, which is like fishing for ideas and solutions to trying situations, is one that requires discipline. It is not just a mere daydream, but a deliberate effort to focus your mind in imagination, reasoning and meditation, until a solution drops.

When faced with challenges or roadblocks, your first response should not be to panic or to point accusing fingers. Rather, activate the problem solving tool inherent in you, which is your mind. The change you desire to see must first begin in your mind as you think for solutions. It is in you!

Startup Prayer:
Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for giving me a sound mind that is capable of bringing ideas to life. Help me to be diligent in putting that to use daily, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – PORTUGAL
As a predominantly Catholic country, Portugal is even further unified by the culturally embedded traditions and practices of the Church. The Portuguese youth in particular are overlooked, and New Age ideals, Mormonism, and Jehovah’s Witnesses are beginning to take hold of those who do not know Christ. Increasing pursuit of individualism and material gain further blind the people from seeing their need for a Savior.

Prayer for the Nation:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for an outpour of your Spirit upon this nation, that will create a new hunger for you in the youths, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer for the Leaders:
Father in the name of Jesus, cause your fear to rest in the hearts of the legislators in Portugal, that they may make laws that favour the cause of the Gospel, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer for Israel – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today, that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen. (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the Church will walk in love, with one purpose and one vision to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth, in Jesus name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, pour out your Spirit upon our city today, and cause the veil of darkness and deceit upon the hearts of the unsaved to be taken away, that they may receive the Gospel in faith and be saved, in Jesus name.
