WHY GOD ASKS FOR THE FIRST

Read in your own language

Romans: 11. 16

For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

There are many who do not understand the concept of the First Fruit. They ask “Why can’t I just pay only my tithe and then that should be ok”. God asks for the first because He wants to lead you. Your first fruit gives God the right to lead you.  And when He leads you, plenty is guaranteed.

When God wants to move you into a new experience, there is something you have not been doing before that He would show you to begin to do. Your first fruit brings God into the first place which is the leadership position. If you would obey the principles of God and be consistent about them, plenty will come.

Which would you prefer? your leadership or God’s leadership?  I already know your preference.  It is not enough to say it but be deliberate about it by bringing Him into that first place by giving Him your first. Glory to God!
