Scriptural Text: Proverbs 22:29
“Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.”
The Bible in Basic English puts our opening scripture this way “Have you seen a man who is expert in his business? He will take his place before kings; his place will not be found amongst too many low persons”. In other words, those who work their way towards expertise in their chosen career automatically position themselves to be distinguished.
While there are a number of novices in every field or career, being a novice in itself is not even the real problem. It is the fact that many have refused to take advantage of the vast pool of resources that could deliver a higher level of experience and knowledge in their filed. To be relevant, you must be updated and abreast with latest facts. This also is diligence, a sure way to excel.
Wow! This means your diligence in improving on yourself would make you an expert; your expertise would give you relevance, and your relevance would end up determining your place. It is therefore up to you now to determine your place. To make it to the top, work towards expertise!

Background: Majority of its population are Christians. Many Maltese have immigrated to other lands, such as Australia, Britain, Italy, and Canada, where some have come to the Lord. Although the Maltese diaspora still outnumbers the Maltese population, increasing numbers are returning to their homeland.
🙏 We are praying for an outpour of God’s Spirit upon the nation.
🙏 Prayer for Leaders/nation:
Father, grant the leaders the ability to distinguish between righteous counsel and the deceitful counsels of the wicked. Surround them with righteous men and women who will give them sound advice. May government halls and buildings around the world be filled with wise counsel and understanding.
💒 PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we come against every devil from hell that is infesting the Church with hate, pride, arrogance, and factions that is almost the order of the day in the church now, in Jesus name.
☄️ PRAYER FOR SOULS/REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that the Holy Spirit will inspire in us word of knowledge and word of wisdom for effective soul winning.
🕍 PRAYER FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6).
