Acts 20:32
“And now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified”.
As a believer, defeat is not part of your inheritance because you’ve got the Word of God. Your victory is not in the fact that you will never have troubles; but it is in the fact that you have the matchless potency of the Word of God. The one who has the Word and holds unto it cannot lose. Even when we face mountains that seem insurmountable, the Word keeps us over and above.
Our scripture for today reveals that the Word is able to build you up and and to give you an inheritance. It does not matter what is taken from a child of God; as long as he has the Word, he would bounce back up again without fail! He can even be placed in a desert with no hope for help; yet the Word of God can and will produce all that he needs right in the midst of a desert. Remember Elijah was been fed by ravens in the wilderness?
All that we need is the Word of God. There is nothing that we need that is not contained in it. The word of God is complete; it would cause you to experience an overflow even in the midst of aridity. The word of God can separate you and give you a different experience from those in the world around you. Give attention to the word therefore, and experience a whole new level of possibilities. Glory to God!

Christianity once had a strong presence, but was almost completely wiped out by the 7th Century Muslim conquest. Right now Yemen has 99% of it populace as Muslims.
Y: We are praying for the Christians in the land that they will be strengthened to keep standing in the nation.
