Proverbs 12:27
The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man is precious.
There are many who make the error of thinking that if God has said it, then it will surely come to pass or He will do it. This is a very erroneous mindset because God says His word is settled in heaven, but for it to manifest on the earth, however, there must be a cooperation between man and God.
After you have sown your seeds, paid your tithes, firsts fruits, and applied all the spiritual principles, it is expedient that you take practical steps to accomplishing that which is set before you. A very important step is to plan and strategize. That idea or vision or projection becomes more real as you begin to plan because you determine the what, the how, and the who that will be required to achieve the desired end. You should be able to clearly define what you want to do, how you want to do it, and who will help you.
Is your destiny precious to you? If yes, then become more diligent about it. Stop being slothful and postponing what you ought to do today. The spiritual principles you have applied will only enhance the physical efforts, hence if there’s nothing physical, then there will be no enhancement. God blesses the works of your hands (Deut 28:12). That which has been committed into your hands, strategize to make it work. Be diligent about it and if you lack wisdom ask Him, for He giveth freely to all men. Glory to God!
