BEAR THE TORCH OF REVIVAL

Scriptural Text:
Acts 2:37 - Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?”

Revival is a powerful work of the Holy Spirit that has to do with the regeneration and restoration of God's people.

It is a movement that encourages believers to return to their faith, to a deeper and more intimate relationship with God,

and a better understanding of His purposes. It is a call to repentance and renewal.

In our opening text today, we see the response of the people to whom Peter preached the Gospel. They were pierced in their hearts by the Holy Ghost

and instantly sought to find a better standing with God. This is an example of how the Holy Spirit works through us to bring a revival in the lives of others.

Having received the outpour of God’s Spirit ourselves (Joel 2:28), we have been commissioned as agents of revival in our sphere of influence, family, etc.

We are to take up the spiritual task of igniting the flame of God's presence within ourselves and sharing it with others.

It is a divine calling that invites us to be vessels of change, radiating light and hope in a world that drowns in darkness.

Therefore, develop a heart of compassion for the lost and broken, and take up your place in intercession for the lost, being in readiness to extend the love of Christ,

and importantly, the message of the Gospel to everyone in your sphere, until all experience the life-changing love of Christ.

🙏 Startup Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, cause your fire to burn endlessly in my heart as I bear witness of the Good News to my world and partner with you in soulwinning, in the name of Jesus.

Despite the Christian majority, the local churches lack vision and unity, while widespread nominalism skims effectiveness.

Morality problems plague Panama, including divorce, illegitimate children, domestic violence, immorality, and drug use.

Prayer for the nation:
We are praying for the preserverance of believers in Panama, that neither laws of man nor threats of violence will deter them from sharing the gospel.

Prayer for the leaders: :
Father, we pray against division in the leadership of this nation, but that they will commit to working cooperatively for the common good of the nation.

🕍 PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – ( Psalms 122-6 )(Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, show your mercy and favour in this set time to Israel. Let your mercy not depart from Israel, in Jesus name.

💒PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, we pray for the church, that it will be a fellowship of believers; a people set apart from the world to serve you in newness of life, living in gracious union, one with the other.

Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for the spirit of oneness and the unity of the faith that is in the body of Christ, in Jesus Name.

☄️PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Dear Lord, we ask that your revival fire will rest upon the hearts of men and women in our cities, thus leading to a widespread of the message of the cross to all the nations of the earth in Jesus name.
