JOB 3: 26
I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.
There are many times believers stop their breakthrough by confessing the opposite of what God is doing or has already done. This was the case of Job. It is evident that Job was not aware of the covering he had though God had hedged him on all sides.
Our present hour situation must never determine our confession. We must train our hearts to look at our lives from the perspective of God’s word; as God’s word is the only standard that can truly define our state irrespective of our circumstance. The Word of God is likened to a mirror and as we behold it we are changed into the very image we see. (2 Cor 3:18)
Are you in lack? It’s time to behold the image of surplus and overflow as revealed in God’s Word. Lack, poverty and persistent debts are only for those who do not know their true identity. As you consistently confess what you see in the Word, you will be turned into another man by the Spirit of God. Glory to God!
