The most successful businesses and organizations are those that have clearly defined processes that streamline or focus business activities.

Processes refer to the steps you take to achieve a particular result or task. In other words, the step-by-step instructions for how to carry out specific tasks in your organization, i.e., what comes first, second, third, etc.

For example, what are the processes for storing data? What is the process for disbursement of funds, or simply, what is the process for closing your office daily? Do people just close and go home without any standard process regarding how equipment should be stored and office machinery handled?

As simple as this seems, it is the secret of all successful organizations.

So, it is important to look into the processes of your organization, have they been clearly defined? And if you have already defined them, have they been clearly articulated to those that work with you?

If you are serious about growing a successful organization, it is time to evaluate your processes. When activities are not clearly defined in processes, the result is disorganization and losses.

🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION – MOROCCO
Islam is the largest religion in Morocco, with about 80% unreached with the Gospel of Christ. Most Moroccans migrate in large numbers in search of employment, usually through illegal and dangerous means.

1. Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for a mighty move of God’s Spirit upon the nation, that the power of unbelief may be broken, in Jesus Name.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the legislators in Morroco, that they will be yielded to your Spirit to make laws that will open the nation up to the Gospel, in Jesus Name.
