SCRIPTURAL TEXT: Luke 17:12-15
And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off. And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master have mercy on us. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests, and it came to pass that as they went, they were cleansed and one of them when he saw that he was healed turned back and with a loud voice glorified God.

Thanksgiving brings us into a place of perfection, perfect rest, and wholeness, a place where we lack nothing. Our scriptural text today shows us how we can oftentimes be ungrateful, out of the 10 lepers only one came back to give thanks to God.
It is human nature to grumble and murmur before God when things have not worked out as we planned. The 10 lepers may have expected Jesus to conduct a special deliverance session for them but he only spoke a word. However, when they got healed, only 1 out of the 10 understood that giving thanks is what will perfect his healing.
And he went straight-away to thank the Lord for His healing. There is so much to learn from this leper.Are things still lacking in your life? Why not thank the Lord for all He has done already.
Thank the one who perfects all that concerns us and see Him make things whole in your life.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, as I praise you this season, perfect all
that concerns me in Jesus name

Background: 31% are unreached with the Gospel. They are mostly Muslim but with some Hindus and
Buddhists as well. The Malaysian Church has a wonderful opportunity to reach many unevangelized groups who
are right on their doorstep.
We are praying for an outpour of God’s spirit upon Malaysia, that the land will become fruitful and
many will be saved.
Dear Lord, give our leaders humility and respect for one another.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Oh Lord, teach us to grow in grace and in godly unity
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the light of the glorious gospel of Christ will shine in the hearts of
every unsaved person all around us today.
