By faith in Christ Jesus, a believer is born into the family of God. This means that race, colour or gender no longer divide us. We are all baptized into one body by one Spirit, and the gates of the Kingdom remain open to as many who would receive Christ as Lord and Saviour.

God’s plan is for all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the Truth (1Tim. 2:4), hence the call for us to love all men as our opening text states. This breeds the understanding that there is no ‘useless’ man anywhere in the world, especially when you are conversant with God’s expertise in using the ‘foolish’ things of the world to confound the wise, and bringing forth life from non-existent things, such that the ‘sinner’ you see now may well become the greatest preacher of all times. Just ask Saul of Tarsus!

Therefore, each time you look at others, see them with God’s eyes. They are vessels who God can use to further His course on the earth. It does not matter how ragged they may seem right now, or how dead their bones may appear; God can breathe life into anyone overnight. So, see with God’s eyes and pray for God’s transforming power to rest upon everyone that you would meet today.

Oh Lord, I repent for every way that I have looked down on anyone. Help me to see with your eyes and partner with you in intercession for the souls of men, in the name of Jesus.

🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION –  PANAMA
Of Panama’s 3.2 million inhabitants, over 90% claim Christianity. Most of these are Catholic. Despite the Christian majority, the local churches lack vision and unity, while widespread nominalism skims effectiveness. Morality problems plague Panama, including divorce, illegitimate children, domestic violence, immorality, and drug use.

1. Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the unsaved in this nation, and we ask that the eyes of their understanding will be enlightened that the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ will shine in there hearts.

2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will give the nation, leaders that will make laws to protect the freedom of the people so that they can live peaceful, quiet lives in godliness and dignity
