Ephesians 5:16.
Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.
There is a saying that success happens when preparation meets opportunity. This makes success impossible in the absence of opportunity, even if preparation is in place.
This is why it is important for you to first be able to identify the opportunities that the Lord will bring your way and also, maximize them to the fullest.
One of the reasons people fail regardless of their intentions and wishes is because they either did not recognize the opportunities God brought their way or did not maximally take advantage of the opportunities for their advancement.
The mystery of opportunity is that it disguises itself because it never wants to fall into the hands of lazy people, it gravitates towards positive people, unveils before daring people, multiplies for those who celebrate it, and quickly becomes a mountain for the poor, frowns at fearful people, sings for the hoping, murders the ignorant, buries the fool, and looks for investors.
So, as you step out this year, be conscious of the fact that God has positioned different opportunities around you, in the places you will visit, the people you will meet, and even as you spend time meditating.
Step out and knock on the doors that God will set before you, and the Lord will honor your faith.
There is greatness in you and it will manifest as you lay hold on the opportunities that will come your way. Glory to God!
🙌🏾 PRAYER FOR THE DAY:
Dear Father, help me not to miss out on any opportunity you bring my way in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR MALTA 🇲🇹.
Background: The majority of its population are Christians. Many Maltese have immigrated to other lands, such as Australia, Britain, Italy, and Canada, where some have come to the Lord. Although the Maltese diaspora still outnumbers the Maltese population, increasing numbers are returning to their homeland.
We are praying for wisdom upon the government of Malta to develop their nation.
Prayer for Leaders/nation: Father, remove leaders and men of authority that you did not set up. Give the nation selfless leaders, men, and women of wisdom and understanding; leaders who will not cause the people to err.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6).
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we declare that every attempt of hell to sabotage and discredit the Church will not stand, in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that there will be demonstrations of the Spirit and power everywhere we go witnessing, in Jesus name.
