“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, He may give it you.”

John 15:16

Every one desires to bear fruits and that the fruits should remain. The good news is that; this is the will of God for us as our opening scripture reveals. The word “Remain” is the word “Meno” in the Greek, which means to stay, continue to be present with or to abide.

 God wants His children to bear fruits and that our fruits should abide. However, for our fruits to meno or remain with us, we also must remain in Him. Our fruits remaining is dependent on us abiding in His Word (John 15:7).

However, the Word cannot abide in you, if you do not meditate on it. It will take chronic meditation for the Word to remain or abide in your heart (Psalm 1:2). This is why you must prioritize meditation on the Word in your daily activities. As you abide in him by meditation, you will bear fruits and they will remain.

Prophecy 1: Receive grace to continue in the Word today and always in Jesus’ name.

Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may helpers arise on your behalf in Jesus’ name.
