Scriptural Text:1Samuel 17:34
“And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: I went out after him, and smote him…”
It is the attitude of some to run away from difficult situations every time. But, as a serious-minded career or businessperson who has set specific goals for the month or year, and want to achieve same, you must train yourself to not only handle but make profit from tough situations. This is what we see of David in our opening scripture, who ensured his father’s business did not incur any loss when he decided to face the situation of the lion and bear that came to attack his father’s flock.
Avoiding tough situations only weakens your mental muscles, because you will be limiting your mind and God given capacity to solve complex challenges. The wisdom of God has been made available to handle every tough challenge that you may face, all you need to do is ask for such wisdom and activate your mind to solve them. (James 1:5).
So, whatever challenges would surface at work, in your home, or wherever today, make up your mind to crack them like bones before you move on. Pray about it, spend time to meditate and research on the issue. Consult where necessary, but no matter what, do not quit until you find an answer or a solution. Nothing is too hard for you because you have the capacity of God in you. Halleluyah!!!

Mayotte has only about 2% of its population as Christians, majority are Muslims (97% Muslims). While 73% are unreached with the Gospel of Christ.
1. Prayer for the nation: We are praying, breaking every hold of Islam in the nation. We are praying that the people be loosed from its hold.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the Name of Jesus, we pray for the leaders of Mayotte, we humbly ask that you grant them grace to to unify the country in Jesus name.
