PROTECT YOUR LIGHT

Read in your own language

SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; Colossians 3:9

A man walking on a street with a torch or light source, would easily notice everything around him. He would know how to maneuver any obstacle but if the light is taken off he will most
likely stumble. This is also the case in the spirit realm. As believers, the light of God in us lets us see the things God has freely given us, and even the obstacles on our path so that we do not fall.

It is imperative to note as outlined in the scriptures, the deeds of darkness that can put off our light. Then we must take responsibility to consciously protect our lights by not going back to the things that got us in darkness in the first place; just like the man on the street. We should rather do the things that keep our light on.

Consciously protect your light by walking in love, putting off the works of darkness. Whatever you do, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to His name.(Col 3:17). This way, you would never walk in darkness. Glory to God!

G.PRAYFOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: ARUBA
Aruba is an island in the southern Caribbean Sea. 25% of their population is unreached with the Gospel. However, the increased fellowship and cooperation among pastors has helped to curb issues on homosexual marriage legislation, teen drug addiction and the high rate of illegitimate births (about 50%).
PRAY FOR ARUBA We are praying for the unreached in Aruba, that the eyes of their understanding will be opened to receive the Gospel.

H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
