PUT ON YOUR ARMOR OF LIGHT

Read in your own language

SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.
Romans 13:12

The works of darkness refer works of sin which attract the cloak of darkness. You would agree that you can create a night scenario in your room, by shutting out the electric lights and sunlight from the windows, even though it is noon day.
To actually allow the noonday sun shine into your room, you need to cast off the dark curtains covering the windows. This illustration reveals to us that though it may be Day (the time of God’s manifestation and power), taking on the works of darkness will keep you in the Night (a time where Satan is authorized to rule).

From our scriptural text, Apostle Paul enjoins us to … “cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light”. The Armour of Light is the Lord Jesus (Ephesians 4:23-24) and your consciousness the new man in you activates the Armor (Colossians 3:10). The word of the Lord to you is ;it’s no more night, you have moved intotheDay, thus, it’s time to cast off the works of darkness.

Your “new man” is a light being but he is on the inside. However, the Armour needs to be outside as a shield over your total being. So, your soul then becomes the connecting factor. When your soul connects to the revelation of the image of your spirit, the image of your spirit projects to the outside as an armour shielding your entire being. This is amazing! Be instant therefore, to cast off the works of darkness and put on the armour of light,by focusing on the revelation of who Christ has made you in Him! Halleluyah!.
