Psalms 28:5

Because they regard not the work of the lord, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up

A lot of Christians have varying measures of the fear of God and this is due to the level of reverence they have for God. We must understand that reverence is the beginning of developing the fear of God.

It is not enough for Christians to regard God. This is because a person may regard God by acknowledging God but may not necessarily follow His ways. A person with a common regard for God might even have a fear of dealing with God or anything that pertains to him but this is just because he fears God’s wrath but does not worship Him as God.

A man that fears God worships Him even in his day to day activities. In order words, a man who fears God moves beyond the level of mere regard for God to living a life that pleases Him. So look deep into your heart, does the state of your heart elevate God?

Prophecy 1: Receive grace to reverence God and fully follow His ways in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may you experience a mighty move of the Spirit in Jesus’ name, Amen!

W: Train yourself now to reverence God with your words and actions.

Over half of its population are Muslims. During the 20th Century, Islam grew from 10% to over 60% of the population. The conflict in the nation in the past has left many traumatized; rape victims, victims from mutilation and maiming, and former child soldiers.

Y: We are praying for wisdom upon the Government to cater for those who were victims of mutilation and amputation so that they can be fully integrated into society.
