SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
In the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years specified by the word of the LORD through Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem Daniel 9:2
Alot of Christians read the Bible,As a child of God, you ought to read the Bible and see beyond the letters, into the inspirations of God. Faith comes when you see. When you wake up tired and sleep tired; when you can no longer find faith; get to the Word, either in the bible, a teaching tape or a book. If you are no longer productive, get materials on productivity. Are you losing the fire in any area of your life? Expose yourself to carefully selected materials in that area. Faith comes by hearing and that could be directly from the Word or from someone who already has got light.
Daniel studied the book of Jeremiah and discovered that a promise made to Israel by God was yet to be fulfilled. This understanding sponsored his next line of action, as he set his face unto the Lord, to seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes (Daniel 9:3). Reading a specific book or listening to a material that speaks to a certain area of your life floods you with light in that area.
How blessed we are to have the Bible- the ultimate book from which all other materials find their origin. It is eternal, speaks concerning every area of life, and it is alive and powerful.(Hebrews 4:12)Therefore, become an ardent student of the word; see yourself in the Word and take a hold of what you have seen. Hallelujah!!!

Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the privilege of a new day. I am especially grateful for the sacrifice of your Son Jesus on the cross for my redemption, and the privilege to walk with You day by day. I rededicate my life to you today, and declare my submission to Your Word and Your Will. I hereby cast off the works of darkness, and I put on the armour of Light, as I consecrate my body, soul and spirit to you today. Let me life bring you glory now and always. Amen.

G. PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: AZERBAIJAN
Azerbaijan has just about 3% of Christian with 63% unreached with the Gospel. Majority of their populace are Muslims. The Church faces intensifying opposition, even as it grows. Many churches find intimidation, surveillance and obstructionist tactics increasingly common.
PRAY FOR AZERBAIJAN: We are praying pulling down every stronghold in the minds of the people to the Gospel in Azerbaijan.
H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
