SEEK GOD

Read in your own language

SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
And he sought God in the days of Zachariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the lord, God made him to prosper
2 chron 26:5

God does not lack ability; He is able to do more than you can ever think or imagine. It is your heart that determines the extent of what he can do. We see in our open scriptures that as long as king Uzziah sought God, God made him to prosper. However, look closely at the statement “as long as”. This means that his seeking God was a determinant factor in the extent to which God prospered him.
Uzziah sought God under the guidance of a prophet who understood the ways of God. So we see that though Uizziah was a king, he humbled himself to be under the guidance of a prophet of God whom God had appointed in his day. This made him to seek God effectively and to prosper by the prophesyings of the prophet. This shows us the importance of being under God-ordained spiritual authority and opening up ourselves to the ministry of the one assigned to us by God.
In this great year, your prosperity is not dead-end pursuit. As long as you seek the LORD with all your heart and follow diligently the words of your prophet, your prosperity will be obvious to all. Halleluyah!

More than 90 percent of the population of the Bahamas professes the Christian religion, and most attend services regularly. However, Jehovah’s Witness and Muslim communities also are very active in the nation and about 10% of its total population is still unreached with the Gospel.
PRAY FOR BAHAMAS: We are praying for Christians in Bahamas, for strength in their inner man to serve the lord.

H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
