SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes
Psalm 119:23
Some people find themselves overly concerned about what others are saying about them. The danger of listening to what people say about you is that very soon you will believe or act in line with what they’re saying, and this will eventually affect your decisions and your destiny.
The writer of today’s scripture shows us the right approach; when princes spoke against him, he chose to meditate on the statutes of God. What a rare way to respond! It is so vital that you do not allow what people speak against you to become your meditation. It is a choice you can make. Following what people say will alter your divine destiny. Also, never seek to please men at the expense of pleasing God.
Choose rather to meditate on what God has said about you; that is the only truth. Every other opinion and sayings are a lie. As you choose to meditate and let God be true and every other thing a lie, the sayings of the gains layers will be swallowed up.Glory to God.

Focus on the word, pay less attention to what people say about you. Do not allow yourself to be bothered by men’s opinion. See you the way God sees you.

D. STARTUP PRAYER:
I. Dear Father, thank you because your word is molding and transforming me in Jesus name.
E. REDEDICATE YOURSELF TO JESUS TODAY
Dear Father, I thank you for bringing me into the third month of 2022, and for your mercies over me since the year began. I am grateful for your ever-abiding presence in me and with me and I declare that my confidence is not in my own ability but in your Word. Help me to walk in faith throughout this month and to show forth your love to my world to the glory of your name. I consecrate my whole body, soul, and spirit to you today. Let your Name be glorified in me in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

18% of the people are unreached with the Gospel. There is often child labour in this nation. Children are smuggled each year mostly to Benin’s eastern neighbours to work as child labourers. They are often maltreated and abused.
PRAY FOR BENIN; We are praying against all perpetrators of evil in Benin, that their wicked plans will fail and be exposed..

Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
