SCRIPTURAL TEXT: Genesis 10:9
“He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.”
The pride of life is the challenge of God’s authority into the denial of His superiority and even His existence. A look into our scriptural text tells us about Nimrod and what he wanted to achieve as a hunter against God.
When such thoughts challenging God’s authority come your way, it causes you to harden your heart to the things of God and place more value on things and yourself, other than God’s supremacy. Such people automatically become an enemy of God and are headed for destruction.
You must give no place to such thoughts and ideologies. Firmly resist this pride and acknowledge God’s superiority above all. When this is done, all thoughts of foolishness will be expelled from around you and your armour of light will come alive again. Glory to God!
ACTION POINTS: To Activate The Word In You Today, Carry Out All The Action Points (A – I) Sequentially:
SAY AMEN TO THIS WE PROPHESY ON YOU TODAY:
1 Receive strength to resist every pride in your life in Jesus name
2. As you step out today, may your love for God not go down in Jesus name
PLAN TO DO THIS TODAY IN RESPONSE TO TODAY:
Refuse any thinking that elevates you above God. Always declare before Him that you are nothing – mere dust.
SPEAK THESE WORDS OVER YOUR LIFE CONTINUOUSLY TODAY:
I decree and I declare that I am an overcomer
STARTUP PRAYER:
Dear Father, expel from me every foolish thought that elevates me above you in Jesus name
REDEDICATE YOURSELF TO JESUS TODAY:
Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the privilege of a new day. I am especially grateful for the sacrifice of your Son Jesus on the cross for my redemption, and the privilege to walk with You day by day. I rededicate my life to you today, and declare my submission to Your Word and Your Will. I hereby cast off the works of darkness, and I put on the armour of Light, as I consecrate my body, soul and spirit to you today. Let me life bring you glory now and always. Amen.

Aruba is an island in the southern Caribbean Sea. 25% of their population is unreached with the Gospel. However, the increased fellowship and cooperation among pastors have helped to curb issues on homosexual marriage legislation, teen drug addiction and the high rate of illegitimate births (about 50%).
