THE TIMING OF THANKSGIVING

Read in your own language

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

Luke 17:14

We must live a life of thanksgiving at all times, however, when God blesses us, there is a right time for thanksgiving. Some people only remember to thank God at the yearly thanksgiving service of their local church. This is good but not perfect.

The right time to thank God is immediately after He begins something in your life. The leprous man turned back to thank God immediately he realized his healing had begun! He did not delay like the others. In doing so, he was able to access wholeness, as well as a deeper revelation of the person of Jesus, which others others didn’t.

Delay in thanksgiving reduces the potency and value of your thanksgiving. It is good to learn to thank God not just when you feel like it, but immediately He begins something in or around you; whether big or small. Learn to turn back and glorify God! Halleluyah!

Prophecy 1: May your heart constantly overflow with thanksgiving to God in Jesus name

Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may you be joyous in your spirit in Jesus

Y: We are praying for an outpour of God’s spirit upon the land that many will see the light and embrace Jesus.

Startup Prayer: Dear Father, I ask for grace to spontaneously thank you as you bless me in Jesus name
