BE TRANSFORMED THROUGH PATIENCE

James 1:4 – But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”

Developing good virtues is an important aspect of our growth and transformation. Virtues are qualities or characteristics that reflect the character of Christ and enable us to live in a way that pleases God and blesses others. One very important virtue is Patience.

Patience is the ability to endure difficulty or suffering without feeling frustrated. Our opening text today admonishes us to let patience have free course in us. In other words, patience needs time to work.

Sometimes, believers abort what God is working in their lives because of impatience, expecting the change they seek to happen ‘overnight’. It takes patience to realize what that God is at work in you even at times of challenges and difficulties, and to remain in subjection to the Word of God even while you wait. (Rom. 4:20-21).

Therefore, make a conscious effort today to develop patience as a virtue. With patience, you will gradually witness a remarkable transformation in your life.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – QATAR

Many expatriates have been forced to leave the country as a result of speaking about Christ. Immigrant Christians are allowed to practice their faith, though they are considered second hand citizens.

Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for a greater door of the Gospel to be opened in this nation, that many will come to know the Lord as their savior in Jesus name.

Prayer for the Leaders:
Father in the name of Jesus, cause the leaders of Qatar to have a life-changing encounter with you that will open them up to salvation, in Jesus name.

Prayer for Israel – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today, that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen. (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that. Church will stand firm an perfect in the will of God in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we tear down every religious veil that is stopping the people in our cities from receiving the gospel that we preach in Jesus name.
