MUTIPLY YOUR SEED SOWN

“Ecclesiastes 11:6 – In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.”

One of the most beautiful systems God has set in place is that of sowing and reaping. The fact that a farmer can put a seed into the ground and expect to reap a harvest in due time is thrilling. He is assured that his labour will not be in vain, so he continues to sow as an act of faith to reap a bountiful harvest in time.

Our scriptural text today goes further to show us the necessity of continuous and consistent sowing. It talks about sowing all day, which also can mean sowing in all circumstances and under different conditions. For instance, many only give when they have, but some others have learnt the discipline of giving even when they have little or nothing (2Cor. 8:2). Both cannot expect the same harvest, can they?

A man will always reap what he sows. As a matter of fact, you will reap to the measure of what you have sown. Therefore, every opportunity to give, either to God or even to a fellow man as the Holy Ghost leads, should be properly considered as you can multiply your harvest when you sow upon fertile grounds. This is one secret to multiplying what God has given you. Halleluyah!

Startup Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus, help me to be diligent in operating the principle of sowing and reaping, so my harvest may come speedily, in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION -RUSSIA
47% are unreached with the Gospel. Christian leaders are few in number due to a lack of training. Discipleship patterns are soley inadequate. Many churches across all evangelical groups are filled with younger folks that need to be grounded in scriptures while the majority that attend church in Russia are mostly women.

Prayer for the Nation:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the believers in Russia, that they will commit themselves to effective training and discipleship, in Jesus name.

Prayer for the Leaders:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the leaders of this nation will pay heed to wise counsel that will bring about progress and peace to the nation.

Prayer for Israel – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today, that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen. (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we come against the spirit of disunity, selfishness, strife, offence etc., from the church, and by your spirit cause us to love one another, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, cause your revival fire to rest on the hearts of every believer in our cities, that they may reach out to the unsaved in our nation.
